Evidence is multi-axis

We do not compress truth into one score. Each claim records knowledge class, source type, study design, directness, consistency, precision, relevance, safety, regulation, commercial interest, freshness and publication state.

Statement-level provenance

Every material public statement receives a stable claim ID. Its source links identify publisher, document type, date, language, interest context and review date. Sources support only the bounded statement to which they are linked. Citation does not transfer the authority of a regulator, university or tradition to unrelated claims.

Absence of evidence is not automatic evidence of absence. It is also not permission to imply benefit. We state what has not been measured, why current studies cannot settle the question and what a decisive study would require.

Independent-source constitution

Institutions are footnotes, not truth authorities.

Governmental, intergovernmental, regulatory, industry, trade-association and lobby sources may record only their own position, a legal status or a safety alert. They cannot define a tradition, establish a mechanism, support an effectiveness conclusion or control editorial ranking.

Health content requires an independent editorial core. Tradition worlds additionally require primary traditional material, independent scholarship or research, and a living practitioner or community perspective with disclosed provenance and conflicts.
