Safety is part of the evidence

Safety Centre

Natural, traditional and non-drug do not mean risk-free. Risk depends on the person, product, dose, practice, practitioner and context.

Urgent care

This portal cannot assess emergencies. New severe chest pain, stroke signs, severe breathing difficulty, loss of consciousness, anaphylaxis, major bleeding, poisoning or imminent risk of harm requires local emergency services.

Higher-risk people

  • Pregnancy and breastfeeding
  • Children and frail older adults
  • Liver or kidney disease
  • Bleeding disorders or anticoagulants
  • Immunosuppression or cancer treatment
  • Upcoming surgery

Higher-risk exposures

  • Toxic plants, metals or minerals
  • Unverified multi-ingredient products
  • Extreme fasting, heat or cold
  • Forceful breath retention or hyperventilation
  • High-intensity light, sound, electrical or magnetic devices
  • Manipulation after injury or with bone fragility

Never inferred

  • Traditional use proves safety
  • Legal sale proves effectiveness
  • A biomarker proves clinical benefit
  • A testimonial proves causation
  • One safe dose makes all doses safe
  • No reported harm means no harm occurred

Interactions

Herbs, foods and supplements can alter drug absorption, metabolism, clotting, blood pressure, glucose, sedation and organ toxicity. Product identity and dose are required before an interaction assessment is meaningful. Metatron Health publishes interaction signals, not individualized clearance.

Practices and devices

Instructor competence, anatomy, hygiene, device calibration, energy dose, hearing and eye protection, implants and comorbidities can change risk. Safety evidence for one device or protocol cannot be transferred to another because the marketing category looks similar.

Publication stop rules

Content is blocked or withdrawn when a material claim lacks support, identity is uncertain, a severe risk is hidden, source status is retracted or corrected, commercial influence is undisclosed, or the current release cannot preserve provenance.
